Re: aeae on ebay
Brent, Harvey,
Thanks for the kind words. I've been praying like mad and going to Mass early in the morning.
I may have gotten a break with the latest forecast. The new track is more to the east. That could be good news for me. But good news for me means bad news for someone else and this storm is moving towards New Orleans. I hate this. I will decide in the morning what I'm going to do with the 2 in ground Ae Ae but my thoughts are to cut each of the leaves in half like Chong talked about on the smaller one and making another PVC support for the fruiting one on the opposite side on the existing support which would protect it from the north winds we will get being on the west side of the storm. That would give it a lot of support from two sides.
The anxiety is enormous. Only those who have experienced this know. But, this is the price we Gulf Coast Southerners pay. Modern technology brings these storms into focus much sooner than when I was young. Watching each and every 6 hour update can be so nerve racking. I quit looking at it most of the day and worked outside to secure everything just to get my mind off of it.
Thanks again guys for your advice and Brent, if you want to call, do so. I would love to talk.
Steve
