I also have mine growing in pots. They have produced three Dwarf Musa and
three Siam Ruby. Mine are in 12" pots. I do know plants will produce off sets and runners when they are slightly rootbound. When pots are too large plants will produce more roots rather than increase growth or pup. Also there is risk of root damage because while the surface seems dry, below may be too wet. If your plants seem to be growing too slow, try taking one out of it's pot and
make sure the roots are healthy. Good Luck!!!
