Attached is a glossary from Bioversity International, it has mostly technical terms but could be useful. Whats very useful for plant morphology in particular is the Bioversity International "Descriptors for Banana". This is the document used to guide a scientist in describing as fully as possible any banana plant, whether wild or edible, and has many different terms and diagrams.
