according to the Kew Monocot list, this is the accepted name:
Ensete livingstonianum (J.Kirk) Cheesman, Kew Bull. 2: 101 (1947 publ. 1948).
This name is accepted.

Looks like Musa livingstoniana predates M. gilletii:
