Smile gone bananas

HI, I am the newbie of the forum. I live in zone 6, Amesbury, Ma. and have just discoverd bananas. Have grown indoor palms for years , but knew nothing of bananas. when I "discovered" the magic musa basjoo, I was hooked. I have two in the ground having wintered yhem one winter. I may try to save a pseudostem on one this winter to see how it goes. I go to fort lauderdale most winters and probably will scour the home centers to bring other types home. This forum is fantastic!
