Default Banana starting to stretch

Maybe I'm concerned for nothing, but this is my "prize" banana from Kaua`i, so it's naturally my favorite and I'm prone to be concerned.

I put most of the bananas I dug up, got from pups, and others I bought for next spring in the garage (close to 60 of them, LOL) under the halides but I decided to keep this one indoors. The room has two windows facing east and south, so there is definitely sun in the room.

But as you can see it's starting to stretch at the top... any way to slow that or should I consider moving it into the garage with the others? Would less water help? I'm letting it dry out good before I water again. It's only been inside about a month, but it's still putting out leaves at a rate of 1 every 7-10 days. Still no ID on this one either unfortunately.

Thanks,
John
