'Dwarf Cavendish' is an edible triploid, and 'Valery' is basically just a larger version (it is a type of Cavendish too). There is a common misconception that triploid=seedless, this is not true. There are many edible, seedless diploids and tetraploids as well. Really you just need to be looking for any edible varieties, not just limiting yourself to triploids.
