It is a shame, because of all of the wonderful plant material that they have access to. Who knows how long it will take for some of that stuff to make it into cultivation now? They had some cool aroids too. In my experience, ordering from Asian companies is difficult, probably in part due to the language barrier. Boggles my mind how we are able to buy seeds of so many Chinese cycads and other plants, but Musa seeds and plants remain very elusive.
Musa itinerans var. xishuangbannaensis is an extremely desirable species, and I'm sure that there would be a market for it both here and in Europe. I think we will just have to wait...patiently...
