When you have the pic from your gallery opened up there are three boxes under it, the one that says "Code for bulletin boards" the box next to it has a url address and the rest of the info, put your cursor over that and click once, to highlite it, then right click the mouse and a window pops up, click "copy" then, you can paste it in the desired post, you can check to see if did it right by previewing the post before you submit and the pic will show up in the post! By the looks of it, looks like some cold damage, should be fine as temps warm up!!
