Is that right?
In Hawai'i, what is known as 'Brazilian' (Pome subgroup Group of AAB) on the mainland is what is called 'Apple' in these islands. What is known as 'Apple' or 'Manzano' (Silk subgroup of AAB) on the mainland is called 'True Apple' (and sometimes 'Ladyfinger') here.

Common names for varieties of "true" 'Apple' are 'Manzano', 'Silk', 'Silk Fig', 'Amorosa', 'Pisang Rastali'....of course there are more too

Common names for varieties of 'Brazilian' ('Hawaiian Apple', including 'Dwarf Brazilian) are 'Pome', 'Prata', 'Prata Ana', 'Prata Santa Catarina' and sometimes 'Ladyfinger' plus more. 'Ladyfinger' is generally a poor name to call any banana because it is applied rather loosely to a variety of different cultivars.

That photo of the fruiting plant looks like 'Orinoco' to me as well, which would be synonymous to none of the above unfortunately. The photos of the fruit bunch look like they could be 'Manzano', but picked much to early and are underdeveloped.
