ok i never tryed growing bananas from seeds i just bought some ensete glaucum, superbum, ventricosum, and a unknown var. of ensete i was told to leave them soak in hot water over night and plant them in well drained soil 1 inch deep and keep damp but not wet keep temp around 70-75 degrees and wait 3-8 weeks is this right do i have to score the seeds at all some of them are the size of a marbel i also bought some balbisian, pink ornata, royal purple, and velutina seeds these i was told just plant 3/4" deep and water lightly and keep warm i plan on planting them in these plastic trays i bought at walmart for 6 bucks they come with these pellets u add water and they expand there is 72 in a tray made by jiffy if you know what i mean is this good enough to grow bananas i have a grow lights that im gonna put over them and place them in my south facing window anyone have suggestions for me am i doing this right or should i be doing it different acually i bought all this **** and need some advice if any one has had luck with the following lol
