According to Going Bananas, the Jamaican Lacatans are similar to Philippine Lakatan, and the only difference is that the Jamaican is a shorter plant.

The original Chiquita, if I remember correctly, was the Musa Gros Michel, whose fruit is similar to the current Cavendish in color, size, and texture.
