Default Grafting roses

My wife wanted me to grow roses but my past experience prevented me to do so. But because of the new AZ41 that I got from Joe Real makes my rose plant for the first time free from aphids, mealy bugs, spider mites and powdery mildew and it is blooming and growing very nicely.
Now I am thinking to graft another rose to its stem. Is it possible?
I never encounter or see different colors of flowers in one tree before.
