For the Wiki to have value, it must have some organization in order to collect all of the data in one spot. For me to read about a banana (and I'll use Ae Ae as an example) I should find it in one entry, not multiple species......
or am I missing something?
BTW, I do not blame moderators for this type of issue. Wikis are notorious for bad editing as anyone with a password can do it, hence the lack of organization and control. It is this group that must take responsibility for the Wiki to have a standard look and feel, along with good and reasonable content.

I tried the Wiki in the beginning when I was banana-less but craving them, and quit reading it soon after. The gold mine of information I got and continue to get is from being a member of this forum with the very patient, senior banana grower members that are tireless in answering questions over and over. I find alot of answers by doing a search of the old threads. I would be happy to help fill in the blanks of the Wiki but not being an expert, I'd need a list made up for me as to what to enter in so that wouldn't be saving anyone time I don't think. I think the moderators have such a huge job just with the forum and now the magazine that I think it would be helpful to have a "Wiki Committee" formed to tackle it. With the moderators having jobs, and lives to live, and bananas to grow... well it must be daunting dealing with all the do this and do thats for all of us.
I'm just greatful for what I have here at the org that makes my gardening a better and better experience.

P.S. I quoted you Bepah because I agree with you.
