Dave - yes you get used to what is available locally, and the first years we were here we used to save the coconuts for cocolocos and the water. The coconut meat is available here both as mature and immature - both delicious!

I know what you mean about the lobster - sometimes that is all people want here as if it is the best thing around - what is it with them?
