Default OK- the moles are out of control!

I understand that you need to get rid of the grubs before the moles will leave but are there any other methods to "ridding" the area of these guys?
This year is the first year that I have had a lawn service (Massey Services- central Florida) do the lawn care and the grubs and moles are literally out of control. I called them about the issue and they came out and sprayed for weeds???
I found the grubs while planting several Maples in the back yard. I was installing a mulch ring and discovered 20-30 within the area for a 36" mulch ring. Massey didn't even go in the back yard and ended up spraying for weeds in the side yard. WHat good is this?
I think I need to fire them and just do it myself. It's killing me seeing the yard go down hill like this.
