In the link bar, click 'Photo Gallery' and from there you can add photos via the 'Upload Photos' link under the link bar to the right of the screen. To add an album, click 'My Albums' under the link bar to the left of the screen, or to see your uploads, click 'My Photos' next to 'My Albums'.
