At Homepage, scroll down to the bottom of the list of categories to "Site Feedback & Help". Click on that. When the page pops up, click on the 2nd item in that list, "Creating Albums & Posting Photos". It will show you, step-by-step, how to put photos (from your gallery) into your posts.
