When you pull up your pictures in your gallery, you will see 3 line of code below the picture (one is for bulletin boards) copy that code and paste it in the text where you want the picture.

As for what happens when a plant gets older--it should eventually bloom, but if for example the main pseudostem dies from cold, much of the energy in that stem will be transferred to the pup. I had one unprotected large stem that was killed by cold last winter, I cut it back to about 4 ft, but it did not come back, However, the pup attached to that stem is now almost as large as the large protected stem that made it thru the winter--it actually even has almost twice as many leaves.
