I have a similar problem. But it is mostly the lawn mower the really kills me, I had to hire a lawn service but the lawn guy is always giving me breaks and taking pineapple's and Banana pups.

See a doctor mine gave me pain meds and muscle relaxers. Better then the alternative (Surgery)
