Help with identification
The nursery I bought from said I was buying Grand Nain plants, but everything I've read says Grand Nain should be 6-8 feet tall. These are over 12 feet. What did I end up with?

Not sure what you have there but it looks 6'-8' tall to me. Height is determined by measuring the main trunk to the point where the flower emerges excluding the top leaves.

I did not know that. Thanks for explaining the height measurement. Now I wish I had bought something 4 feet tall, because these are threatening to bust through the screen at 15'.

Looks normal for ‘Grande Naine’, and yes, height is pseudostem height, not counting leaves, and is highly variable anyway depending on age and conditions.
