I sold basjoo pups last spring for $10. I just put an ad on Craigslist and a local Facebook yard sale page. I dug them up when people showed up and put them in plastic grocery bags. I sold a couple of bigger ones for more money even after telling the people that the pups would be that big in a couple of weeks. Now I need pups. I separated some small plants in August hoping to get more pups in the spring. Easy $400, but doesn't last long.

I've got four on one plant and my other plant only has the one but I'm hoping to plant all of these and maybe I'll get more pups next year to sell or trade. How many plants do you have to have so many extra?

I want to add some velutina to my yard but I've got no more room to overwinter plants.

Who knew 3/4 acre wouldn't be enough?
