![]() Technically I believe so. I've heard of people eating the p-stem and flowers, so why not the corm? Never tried it though but I doubt it is unsafe to eat.

![]() In Ethiopia they grow ensures just for the corms, I tried boiling a musa basjoo corm after hearing this, it was actually quite nice and I wasn't sick afterwards.
