Default Ice cream bananas ready to cut?

I am hoping it is time to cut the bunch from the stalk.
Do I put them on my back porch 60-80 degrees F or in my garage?

The bananas are often brought indoors to finish ripening so the animals do not eat the sweet fruit.

I have seen them hanging in the kitchen and garages or on top of washing machines wherever people can put the bunches out of the way as they slowly ripen.
