Default Karma kicked my ass!

Last Oct-Nov I promised three niños to a couple of people here....An aquaintance was going to legally ring them to the states for me to mail...shortly thereafter, a refinery next to my workplace exploded, I acquired a nasty blood infection septi-something and then had a series of horrific ear infections that put me in the hospital off and on or a couple of months... I'm not promising anything to anyone at this point and I want that perfectly clear!!!
Just so's you know!!!

Septicemia? That's bad news for sure! I am glad you're okay...systemic infections can be very serious, leading to shock, multiple organ failure and death. I would count yourself lucky, to be honest.....but once again, just glad you're okay. You are much more important than plants!

I take a break from studying for USMLE and this is what I get?? I was thinking either Streptococcus pneumoniae or Haemophilus influenzae, but then wanted to know if a culture had been prepared and if it was optochin sensitive.

Tomsamba don’t feel so unique and beat up I keep promising at lot myself ..I guess in my case bad past experiences(no in this forum) are the reason holding me back ..but you know the saying :
"We promise according to our hopes, and perform according to our destiny"

Tomsamba- I am so sorry to hear of your misfortunes, but happy that you seem to be on the mend. Just concentrate on getting back to normal, Then we'll ask for goodies again! LOL

Thank you all for your kind replies...the strange part is I am not a sickie....got good peasant genes....in the last 20 years before this probably hadn't lost more than 2 weeks of sick time...I haven't had a cold in 2 years....so this was definitely out of the ordinary...hence the karma connection....just got to keep my mercenary side alive and dominant....having said that...I have a raceme of ice creams almost ripe...2 racemes of manzanos that lack 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively and now my pitogo is pushing out a flower...life is okey dokey... Tom
