Varieties I supposedly bought: Manzano, Cavendish, Blue Java, Sweetheart, and Gros Michel.
What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more.

Looks easy enough... for him. Thanks for that. I watched part of that video before, but being so droll, I didn't make it that far.

i went to wynn dixie yesterday and was fortunate enough to pick up a couple of hands of manzano's. the skins were a little bruised but the bananas were fine. they came from costa rica.

If you're asking me those were 2 that ripened on a small rack of namwahs. The rest are a bit bigger but still small. This is the plant that I hacked off a 5' pup from the mother and planted it immediately in the ground. It never lost so much as a leaf and produced a rack a year later.

FYI those mini bananas were freaking delicious.
