Default Rose & HuaMoa

I am looking for these two right now. There are more of course, but, budget and space dictate things I suppose.

About the Hua Moa. I grew these here in Fla for several years. Never was satisfied with the finised product. If you have a latino grocery store nearby you can find then in the frozen food area. They have been pre fried halfway and smashed. All you have to do is defrost and finis the second fry. They are real goooooooood.

So they are better as plantain than fresh out of hand fully ripe? I've heard varying opinions...

This is going to probably sound weird, but the designer in me likes how they look.

My chances of getting fruit up here are slim until I have a greenhouse anyways. Goals

I really enjoy them. They make quick chips. When very ripe they have a unique flavor. Then again... I love most the Polynesian varieties.

Wishing you good luck with your bananas. I am in SW Ohio, so understand about wanting a greenhouse! Happy growing!
