Default Avocado fries - baked

Just tried these. With my homemade Panko crumbs which are quite good. And avocados that are too ripe. Should have put S&P into the flour; I didn't. (Salt later as I did.)

How are they? Interesting. I don't think I'd guess they were avocados but could eat more and may. They'd be yummy dipped in a chipolte mayo/aioli but are good alone. Crispy Baked Avocado Fries |
