What is a cupcake recipe that contains ice cream?
I once read a cupcake recipe that contained one pint of ice cream and flour, but I cannot find the recipe again. Does anyone know what the ratio of ice cream to flour is, or perhaps another recipe like the one I am thinking about?

Re: What is a cupcake recipe that contains ice cream?
waiting...
somebody hurry up & post the recipe; if I add a spoon of yogurt, I can call it "probiotic" & can get away with adding it to my 'diet'! so... how was the ice cream used, in place of the liquid or "intact" as a layered item, or in place of frosting? If used in place of the liquid, it should be fairly easy to just melt the same volume of ice cream & then add a little extra (ice cream or other liquid) to get the batter to the appropriate consistency.
