Default Could it be the photo of Hajaray?!

Hello European Banana Fans,

A photo of the banana which is said to be Hajaray was posted by crazy
banana on the main forum. In fact, this photo wold be released by a German firm
"frosthartepalmen.de".

Unfortunately, I could not judge whether this photo could be of Hajaray or
not as I have never seen the genuine picture of this banana.

On the other hand, one of my banana friends recently succeeded the fruiting
of this banana, the seedling of which was imported from "frosthartepalmen.de".
So my friend and me have believed so far this is the genuine Hajaray.

Here is a photo of its young bunch.

In spite of the fact that this is still a young bunch that could grow just like
the first photo, it seems that the difference is too big, and I could not help
confusing myself.

What do you think??

Could be.

Based on my very limited research of the scientific literature related to genetic abnormalities commonly associated with tissue cultured offtypes, this certainly appears that it could very possibly be the real Hajaray.

Thanks for finding the photo Crazy B.

Without photos it's difficult to see what we're not seeing.

asacomm try to post more photos of the bunch of the possible offspring of the possible real deal Hajaray as it develops to see if the genetic abnormality is passed on.

Thanks for keeping us updated on the Hajaray.
