Need citrus budwood if anyone can share. Also if someone got some seed of recomended citrus rootstock or a rootstock cutting.

Almost every citrus state in the USA is under a citrus quarantine so it is illegal to transport plant material. I think the only exception now is Louisiana. You should check in your area as well.
