posting pics i have a question mods

cannabis is now legal in canada
is it ok for cannabis plants to be in the background and or in the pics i post of bananas on this site?
it is legal and encouraged to thwart the black market to grow 4 plants here now

Looks somewhat like a Japanese Maple leaf, but the tooth pattern on the leaf border is different.
