When you invert it there will be pecans on top. It's that soy powder that I dont know anything about. Gotta find a substituion. Pecans and bananas, does that sound good or what?

Never thought about banana in beer. I have had a beer and a frozen banana on a stick on the beach once.

I had a couple of pints of Wells and Young Banana bread beer the other day. It was quite tasty.
