Default fritters

1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
egg yolk is optional
bananas/sweet potato/jackfruit
a good oil for frying

Method
1. Whisk all the above till batter is custardly consistency and set aside for 30mins
2. Dip bananas/sweet potato/jackfruit into batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. and alternate method would be to mash the fruit and mix thoroughly into the above batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown
