This photo was taken right after a divison and transplantation of a 5 gallon can filled to the edges with pupd from a mother corm that had been cut off (assuming it had fruited). Roots were healthy atround the edge of the can and division seemed to go without much trouble. The original can, after watering the day before, was wet around the edges and bone dry in the middle. |
