Leaf on the right is the 3rd leaf that developed red coloration at the upper middle pseudostem, then eventually turn very dark brown and dries out where there is color. Then the pertinent leaf whithers and bends down at the upper dried out tip while the leaf is still green. Taken on 02/19/2008. |
