It's every bit as good as it looks but I won't boast that I make it as good as my grandmother did. She could bake like a dream.


It's all about the berries with this recipe. If you don't have some amazingly flavorful, ripe, good berries, you might as well not even bother.


My friend is supposed to come over for a slice later but I couldn't wait and had a piece for breakfast!
