You may now easily search your PM's for old messages!

I just installed a feature that allows you to search your PM's for old messages and conversations.
Previously, there was no way to type in a keyword and find the conversation, you would have to go through the list page by page and it was a real burden.

This is the link to search your old private messages:
http://www.bananas.org/private.php?pmsearch=1

You will also find this link in your UserCP. The link reads "Search" and is on the left side under the "Private Messages" heading.

I just greatly expanded the private message search feature and put the search box right above the list of private messages. This should make it much easier to realize that you can actually search the private messages.

By the way, if the search box becomes obtrusive when you go to read your private messages, you can fold it away by clicking the image that looks like this:

(Click it again to toggle back and forth)
That image actually appears on many parts of the site actually to fold away many things that you may want to save the space on your screen. The setting will stick so long as you don't clear your cookies.
