I hv gone through all your previous thread on tissue culture in banana .org.. It is quite informative and I am learnt a lot from your posting. As I am very new to this subject can you tell me briefly how the the culture solution are prepared for tissue culture and where from I can get these items. Is the process is same for propagation for all other plants also? My email id is jkbanurag@gmail.com

you can get media from chemical store or buy online, such from phytotech. generally process Tc almost same for each plant. media MS can used for almost plant. the differents is hormone that we used and its dose.
