Unhappy ensete perrieri madagascan musa banana

hello can anybody tell me whats wrong with my ensete perrieri madagascan musa plant? the plant is green in colour and the edges of the leaves are going brown,also ive notice it is tall and leggy,it is a seedling plant,and it lives in my greenhouse,where am i going wrong,
