Hello from Ormond Beach, FL - USA
I am retired and living part time in Ormond Beach, FL and part time in Atlanta, GA - USA. I have the following bananas growing in my back yard:
Dwarf Namwa??? (bought it as an "ice cream", but the bananas aren't the slightest bit blue) Raja Puri (flowered in October and hope it doesn't freeze over the winter) Dwarf Cavendish (lost my pseudostem with fruit in hurricane Dorian but one of the pups took over) Golden Lotus (not sure how to separate the pups, its not like a regular banana) Looking forward to being part of the bananas.org community. Art R.

Welcome Art! We are south of you in Cape Canaveral, and also lost just a couple of plant parts in the last hurricane. But recovering like mad. I gave all the bananas a 'haircut' before the storm, and they have all recovered great.
