Default Hi from California Northern Cal Central valley

Hi all

Just got my first banana tree and got no idea how to look after it. So decided to join up and see what i need to do.

But me, live near Manteca, mid 40's, not the best green finger unlike my father and grandfather.

Welcome Mr. World Traveler!

I don't have a clue what you'll need to do there in Manteca, but if I ever get one, I'll be sure and pass it along!

Welcome from unseasonably cold Pensacola, Florida.

All you got to do is post a question in the best forum and you will get help I'm sure. Before we can help we need to know what banana you have so maybe a pic or two in the banana ID forum along with a description might help you get started.

Kentucky Bourbon - It may not solve the problem but it helps to make it tolerable!

Statistics - Data that analyst twist to support the insane opinions of those that pay them.
