Hi All!

The volume of knowledge here is phenomenal. I have learned an incredible amount from here and met some extremely nice and generous people. After you get that banana protected you can spend the winter getting a PHD in Bananaology right here at Banana U. Thanks for joining in,

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I am very new to the banana world. I only realized that I could grow them in NC this past spring. I stayed on the site reading until 5am this morning and I got the courage to dig up my large plant today. I also have a few ornamentals that I will tackle tomorrow. I am trying to add pictures so I may be able to get them identified.
