TropicBob- new
I live on a 1/4 acre in Davie, Florida. I grow many varieties of tropical fruit and vegetables. Some of the rarer ones are Okinawa Spinach, Chaya, Cassava, Jewels of Opar, Everglades Tomatoes, Ethiopian Kale (made it through the summer), Cranberry Hibiscus, Pigeon Peas, Edible Hibiscus, Katuk and Moringa. I am interested int trading for Black Jungle Beans, Sissoo Spinach (AKA Brazilian Lettuce) and anything rare. You can contact me at rroesler@hotmail.com

Re: TropicBob- new
I'd be growing Moringa too if my wife would stop taking all the leaves off them.
I'm looking up the rest of those things LOL.

Re: TropicBob- new
Welcome to the org.
I used to live in Davie off 66th and Griffin...sure has changed since I lived there 10 years ago, drove threw there about 6 months ago hardly knew the place. I don't do a whole lot of food gardening mostly ornamentals, vines and butterfly attractors. Some stuff I got though because they are a butterfly must have! Cheers and welcome!

Re: TropicBob- new
I got out when the neighbors were turning to ugly for me to tolerate.
so I moved to Central FL, better here, weather and the people OH and the traffic is non existant compared to Ft. Lauderdale. We still have everything it' just not all squished together like it is there
