Banana ID
Hello everyone,
I am new here, and here is my story: Ian trying to ID and Label my bananas ,I make my first purchase of bananas plants (6 plants)in the summer of 2007 . All was going good in till I lost my book in Dec/2007 with all my garden notes including all info on my six bananas (name etc) and all my garden plants. So ,I find myself now all this time searching for info , some of then flower/fruit and some not . I think one is Kandria and one is Saba both are over 25’feet tall . But four are without id . Any help will highly appreciated. Emily *First pic is a collage of what “I think” is Kandrian . From when the pup was planted in dec/2009 to a last week not fruit/. [IMG][/IMG] |

Re: Banana ID
Kandrian grow about as large as Saba, at least around here. I have both.
Your plant certainly looks the part of a Kandrian, and if thats what you recall, chances are it is.
