The first one is Musa 'A'ea'e', the second one looks like it maybe a type of Rhodochlamys but it is hard to tell which type without a flower.

maybe the second one is a ornata or velutina?

The banana in your second link labeled "Musa ae ae" kinda looks like the true form of Musa nagesium. |
