I've read that Williams and Williams Hybrid are just different names for the same cultivar, despite claims that they differ. The ones labelled as Williams Hybrid at Quail Botanical Gardens, about 20 miles from Tony's house, produce fruit at 5-6' of p-stem.

My Cavendish did have the curly Q bracts but I don't remember it having the cool colors like that.
