Ensete in Holland 1905
Am I mistaking or is this really an Ensete on the photo?

I would say it looks like an Afirican Ensete Ventricosum but it wasn't
described properly I think in 1905. In any case, this is the proof it was cultivated in Holland around that time. I have seen another picture from it around 1900 in Holland but can't find it at the moment. Ron... Last edited by the flying dutchman : 09-18-2010 at 03:54 PM. |
