Need an Indentification?
I saved a couple of these from a local greenhouse and nursed them back to health. I think these are Dwarf Cavendish but someone recently told me they are blood banana's... but they don't have red stems and the underside of the leaves are not red. Can anyone help?

Re: Need an Indentification?
Yours:
Here's a good photo of a young blood banana (Zebrina) pseudostem: (Thanks Taylor) My Zebrina If the undersides aren't red, its not a blood banana. Just because it has red splotching, does not make it what's considered the "blood banana". It's very hard to tell what it really is, though, from those photos. When it gets larger and flowers, you might be able to get a positive ID on it.

Re: Need an Indentification?
Thanks for the info! I didn't think they were blood but it's good to know for sure. They were in pretty bad shape when I got them but all new growth is showing up very blotchy like the leaf in the larger picture.
