I dunno, the main distinguishing factors I see here are: LP has jam-packed leaves and a flat top with leaves held just above 90 degrees from the pstem, SDC has red spots on leaves, a reddish pstem and leaves with a much more upright angle.

Going by the pics that have been posted in this thread, I would guess the plant in question is a SDC. The one that convinced me the most was the pic with of the fruiting SDC in a pot. Those leaves were soooooo close together!.. much like the plant in question.
..and by the way, in order to get the best quality fruit from your plant, you should remove the little guys that form around the base.(Assuming you plan on keeping it in that pot). |

Since they all look the same and you dont know how old your plant is you're just going to have to see how big it gets. I saw a plant just like your today at kmart for $12 i think im going to go get it later today.....I guess we'll both be trying to figure out what we have...lol
